Who we are

This website (tebin.pro) is operated by TEBIN.PRO sp. z o.o. (TEBIN.PRO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), Plac Hołdu Pruskiego 9, 70-550 Szczecin, Poland (KRS 0000959309, NIP 9552562516, REGON 521434962), the controller of your personal data.

What we collect and why

Job applications. When you apply through our careers form we collect your name, email, phone, LinkedIn (optional), language and software proficiency, cover letter, and the CV file you upload. We use this only to assess your application and manage recruitment. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible employment contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Analytics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, with IP anonymization enabled. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Form security. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

We use essential cookies (always on; required for security, forms and basic operation) and — only with your consent — analytics and preference cookies. You can accept, reject, or customize optional cookies in the cookie banner at any time; we keep a record of your choice as proof of consent.

Bot and spam protection — Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may run invisibly, without a visible challenge, and may process technical information about your device and interaction (such as browser characteristics and signals) to distinguish humans from bots. This is carried out by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor.

Service providers

We share personal data only with providers that process it on our behalf:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and Turnstile bot protection.

Resend — delivery of transactional emails (your application and CV are emailed to our HR team; you receive a confirmation).

Google (Google Analytics 4) — website analytics, only with your consent.

International transfers

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the United States). Where that happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep your data

We keep application data and CVs until the end of the relevant recruitment process (normally up to about six months), unless you ask us to keep them longer for future opportunities. Analytics data is retained according to our provider settings, and we keep your cookie-consent record to evidence your choice.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out beforehand). To exercise any right, contact [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above; significant changes will be highlighted.
