Eight Years of TEBIN

Eight Years of TEBIN - Company News article from TEBIN

TEBIN marked its eighth anniversary in November 2025. The milestone was an opportunity to recognize the people behind the company and to look at how its approach to design and engineering has developed since the first team began working together.

The original ambition was to build a company where multidisciplinary engineering, digital methods, and accountable delivery reinforced one another. Eight years later, that direction is visible in the way architecture, structures, civil infrastructure, building systems, electrical engineering, telecommunications, fire protection, and Building Information Modeling are coordinated within one delivery environment.

Eight years of continuous transformation

TEBIN's development has been cumulative rather than defined by one technology or project. In 2018, quality management became a strategic operating principle. In 2019, Scrum planning and shorter feedback cycles began shaping how teams coordinated work and managed change. Virtual Design and Construction methods moved into the core delivery process in 2020, linking model coordination with sequencing and project information.

ISO 19650 certification followed in 2023, formalizing responsibilities, review points, and information-management processes for BIM-based delivery. The current stage is a responsible artificial intelligence transformation: introducing automation, data checks, and engineering knowledge systems while keeping technical judgement and accountability with engineers.

These milestones matter because they describe changes in daily work, not labels added to a company profile. Each one has influenced how teams plan, review, coordinate, and document multidisciplinary projects.

Together, they also show why the company describes its work as design and engineering rather than software delivery. Digital methods support the process, but the outcome remains coordinated technical information for buildings and infrastructure.

Recognizing the people who built the company

The anniversary also introduced tenure recognition gifts and a tenure bonus. The intention was straightforward: acknowledge the colleagues whose sustained work, professional growth, and shared knowledge helped turn early ambitions into a functioning international design and engineering practice.

The celebration included a quiz covering company history, colleagues' interests, and engineering scenarios. Maxim Mionchynskyy, Andrii Karpiak, and Kateryna Ivko completed it with the strongest results.

TEBIN now works through connected teams and offices in Poland, Ukraine, and Ireland, supporting projects across Europe. Ukrainian engineering heritage remains part of the company's culture, while its delivery structure continues to develop around European clients, international standards, and multidisciplinary responsibility.

Eight years is not a conclusion. It is a useful point from which to see what has become established: a team, an operating culture, and a clear commitment to integrated design and engineering supported by reliable digital information.
