Petr Bilek Joins TEBIN as Chairman of the Management Board

Petr Bilek joined TEBIN as Chairman of the Management Board in September 2024. The appointment strengthened the company's leadership structure as its multidisciplinary design and engineering work and European delivery relationships continued to develop.
TEBIN coordinates architecture, civil and structural engineering, building systems, electrical engineering, telecommunications, fire protection, and Building Information Modeling. The Chairman's role is not to replace the technical ownership held by discipline leaders and project teams. It is to help maintain a clear company direction around that work.
Leadership grounded in delivery
Petr's view of leadership begins with people, direct communication, and an honest assessment of what works. Titles do not resolve project interfaces or create reliable documentation. Those outcomes come from capable teams, defined responsibility, consistent review, and the willingness to improve processes when experience shows that they can work better.
That perspective aligns with TEBIN's operating culture. The company has developed through successive changes in quality management, agile planning, Virtual Design and Construction, ISO 19650 information management, and responsible automation. Each transformation has required leadership to connect strategic intent with the practical conditions engineers face during delivery.
Supporting TEBIN's European structure
As Chairman of the Management Board, Petr supports company governance, strategic development, and relationships around TEBIN's European operations. The Szczecin office serves as the European hub close to clients and project stakeholders. Engineering teams in Kyiv and Lviv provide multidisciplinary technical capacity, while the management presence in Ireland supports relationships and coordination in Western Europe.
This structure is designed to work as one connected organization. Shared delivery standards and project information are more important than office boundaries. Leadership therefore has to support both external relationships and the internal conditions required for teams in different locations to coordinate effectively.
That includes aligning commercial commitments with available technical capability, protecting time for engineering review, and ensuring that growth does not weaken the responsibilities and quality controls on which multidisciplinary delivery depends.
Building on an established foundation
Petr joined a company with an existing technical culture shaped by Alexander Nikitin and the wider TEBIN team. His responsibility is to help build on that foundation: strengthen the company as a design and engineering partner, support sustainable European growth, and keep business decisions connected to the quality of project delivery.
The appointment represents continuity as much as change. TEBIN's direction remains focused on integrated design and engineering, BIM-based information management, and digital methods that support accountable technical work.
