We’re proud to see our Berlin residential project featured by LINEAR — highlighting how digital engineering transforms even the most complex renovation tasks into coordinated, efficient design solutions.
The project involved adding two new residential buildings, totaling 4,200 m² of living area and over 24 km of piping, all integrated seamlessly into an existing housing complex. The challenge: connect new systems to existing infrastructure without compromising performance or comfort.

Using LINEAR software, our MEP team developed a detailed BIM model that supported:

→ precise hydraulic balancing and heating calculations
→ coordination of existing and new building systems
→ integration of solar panels, heat pumps, and gas heating into one energy-efficient concept
