Sometimes a hotel lobby. Sometimes a cafe between appointments, with a suitcase nearby and the next connection already on the calendar.

It is a genuinely hybrid way of working. It can be physically tiring and mentally demanding, especially when projects, travel, and daily responsibilities overlap. But it is also one of the most valuable parts of building an international design engineering company.
