Behind every BIM model, every calculation, every BoQ and every drawing that leaves TEBIN sits a group of people: engineers, architects, BIM coordinators, managers, the support team that holds the infrastructure together. This winter was long, and not always easy for the TEBIN team. There were difficult moments — the kind that test whether a group of people is a team in name only, or a team in practice. The difference shows up under pressure, not when things are going well. We turned failures into experience. We turned success into muscle memory. We challenged each other and we supported each other. That is exactly how teams grow.
