A New Chapter for Anna Gudym: Managing Director Poland

Today we celebrate two things at once: Anna Gudym’s birthday and an important new chapter in her journey at TEBIN. This is Anna’s first birthday as Managing Director Poland.

The role did not appear out of nowhere. It reflects years of growth, responsibility, and trust within the team — the kind of trust that is earned project by project, not handed over with a title.

Anna, thank you for your energy and clarity. Thank you for bringing people together around projects, challenges, and new ideas. In a design and engineering company that works across countries, offices, and disciplines, that is not a soft extra. It is what keeps everyone pulling in the same direction.
