Structural Engineer

TEBIN is seeking a Structural Engineer to conduct structural analysis, engineering calculations, and coordinated design development using CAD and BIM tools on multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• —Conduct structural analyses and calculations to international standards.
• —Design and review structural systems — reinforced concrete, steel, and foundations.
• —BIM modeling in Autodesk Revit Structure — structural models, families, and drawing production.
• —Stress and stability analysis using Tekla, Robot Structural Analysis, or IDEA StatiCa.
• —Prepare structural reports, calculations, and specifications.
• —Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and BIM teams via Revizto / Navisworks.
• —Review and quality-check structural drawings and models.
• —Optimize designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

• ✓Strong structural and civil engineering fundamentals.
• ✓Experience in structural analysis and design documentation.
• ✓Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• ✓Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• ✓Good written and spoken English (B2 recommended).

NICE TO HAVE

• +Experience with Tekla Structures for structural detailing.
• +Knowledge of Eurocode structural design standards.
• +BIM management or coordination experience.
• +Professional certification or licensure.
• +International project portfolio.
