TEBIN is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to take ownership of electrical design, analysis, and BIM-based delivery on multidisciplinary projects — from power distribution and protection studies through to coordinated model delivery and mentoring of junior engineers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- —Own the electrical design and analysis of power distribution systems on assigned projects.
- —Develop and refine electrical BIM models in Autodesk Revit MEP to project standards.
- —Perform load, short circuit, and protection coordination calculations.
- —Produce and quality-check electrical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
- —Coordinate electrical design with structural, mechanical, and BIM teams via Revizto / Navisworks.
- —Resolve clashes and technical issues across disciplines during coordination.
- —Mentor junior electrical engineers and review their deliverables.
- —Support the Lead Engineer with technical decisions and delivery planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- ✓Strong knowledge of electrical design, power systems, and protection principles.
- ✓Proven ability to deliver electrical design packages independently to standards.
- ✓Solid understanding of ISO 19650 information-management workflows.
- ✓Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- ✓Fluent English (B2+); Ukrainian or other European languages are an advantage.
NICE TO HAVE
- +Experience with ETAP, Caneco, ElumTools, DIALux, or SIMARIS.
- +Familiarity with local and international electrical standards and safety regulations.
- +Advanced BIM-based electrical coordination experience.
- +Experience on international industrial or commercial projects.
- +Dynamo scripting or BIM automation skills.
