TEBIN is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, analyze, and develop mechanical and HVAC systems for industrial and commercial projects within a BIM-based multidisciplinary workflow.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- — Design and develop mechanical and HVAC systems for industrial and commercial projects.
- — BIM modeling in Autodesk Revit MEP — mechanical families, systems, and documentation.
- — Perform heat load calculations (gains and losses) to international standards.
- — Pipe flow and hydraulic analysis across heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
- — Air balance, duct sizing, and ventilation system design.
- — GAS distribution and compressed air network design.
- — Prepare mechanical reports, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
- — Coordinate with structural, electrical, and BIM teams via Revizto / Navisworks.
- — Support research and development tasks to optimize system performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- ✓ Strong foundation in mechanical engineering and machine or HVAC system design.
- ✓ Experience with CAD software and BIM tools.
- ✓ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ✓ Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- ✓ Good written and spoken English (B2 recommended).
NICE TO HAVE
- + Experience with HVAC simulation or energy modeling tools.
- + Knowledge of gas network design standards.
- + Familiarity with BIM-based team delivery and coordination.
- + Experience in industrial or commercial projects.
- + Dynamo scripting or BIM automation experience.
