TEBIN is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical design, analysis, and coordination for multidisciplinary BIM-based projects — from power system design and protection coordination through to full model delivery and technical team leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- —Oversee the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- —Lead electrical BIM model development in Autodesk Revit MEP.
- —Conduct power flow, short circuit, and protection coordination studies.
- —Manage and review electrical design deliverables for quality and standards compliance.
- —Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, mechanical, BIM) via Revizto / Navisworks.
- —Prepare electrical reports, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
- —Lead technical decision-making and mentor junior engineers.
- —Align on-site and remote activities with project goals and delivery schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
- ✓Strong knowledge of electrical design, power systems, and protection principles.
- ✓Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage project deliverables.
- ✓Solid understanding of ISO 19650 information-management workflows.
- ✓Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ✓Fluent English (B2+); Ukrainian or other European languages are an advantage.
NICE TO HAVE
- +Experience with ETAP, Caneco, ElumTools, DIALux, or SIMARIS.
- +Familiarity with local and international electrical standards and safety regulations.
- +Advanced BIM-based electrical coordination experience.
- +Experience on international industrial or commercial projects.
- +Dynamo scripting or BIM automation skills.
