Civil Engineer – Master Planning

TEBIN is looking for a Civil Engineer focused on master planning to develop site development and general plan solutions for industrial, logistics, and mission-critical projects — from terrain, grading, and site circulation through to external utilities — modelled in Autodesk Civil 3D and coordinated with building disciplines in Revit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• —Develop master plans and general plan solutions for industrial, logistics, and mission-critical sites.
• —Design site development packages: earthworks and grading, internal roads, hardstanding, and site logistics.
• —Model terrain, grading, corridors, and external utility networks in Autodesk Civil 3D.
• —Integrate the civil design with building models in Revit and coordinate within the federated BIM model.
• —Develop external utility routing and stormwater and drainage concepts coordinated with the master plan.
• —Check site circulation logic — truck routes, fire access, parking, and service yards — within the master plan.
• —Prepare drawings, sections, details, and material takeoffs directly from the model.
• —Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM teams via Revizto / Navisworks.

REQUIREMENTS

• ✓Confident daily work in both Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit — these tools are mandatory for the role.
• ✓Strong understanding of site development and general plan design: levels, drainage, roads, and utilities.
• ✓Ability to work in BIM-enabled multidisciplinary project environments.
• ✓Good coordination and communication skills.
• ✓Good written and spoken English (B2 recommended).

NICE TO HAVE

• +Experience with Autodesk InfraWorks or swept-path analysis tools (Vehicle Tracking, AutoTURN).
• +Experience with industrial, logistics, or data-centre site development.
• +Familiarity with European site development and permitting requirements.
• +Dynamo scripting or BIM automation experience.
