TEBIN is looking for a skilled and organized BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation and coordination of BIM processes and technologies throughout the lifecycle of our industrial and commercial construction projects.

The BIM Coordinator will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM standards are met and that models are developed, managed, and exchanged accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement BIM processes and standards across all project phases.
• Develop BIM Execution Plans (BEP) in line with project Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).
• Train project teams on BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and workflows.
• Coordinate the development of BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) disciplines.
• Ensure BIM models are accurate, clash-free, and comply with project specifications and standards.
• Manage the organization, naming conventions, and version control of BIM files and data.
• Lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts in BIM models.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines to integrate design and construction data into the BIM environment.
• Review and validate design changes and updates across all disciplines.
• Perform quality checks on BIM models to verify compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Address BIM-related issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Communicate BIM requirements, guidelines, and best practices to all stakeholders.
• Generate and distribute BIM-related reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Serve as the point of contact for BIM-related inquiries and support requests.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in BIM coordination within industrial and/or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Knowledge of tools like Revizto, Civil 3D, ReCap, Synchro PRO, and similar software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and protocols (e.g., COBie, IFC).
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• BIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are an advantage.
